1. ホスティングやコントロールパネルのログイン情報ではなく、メールボックスのパスワードを使ってください。
2. ユーザー名にはメールアドレス全体を使ってください。
3. メールボックスで2段階のログインを有効にしている場合は、アプリ パスワードを使ってください。
4. ホスティング会社がメールアカウントを一覧表示している画面でパスワードを再設定してください（cPanelの場合はEmail Accounts）。
5. サーバー名がプロバイダー別ガイドの記載と一致しているか確認してください。

5. まず、受信トレイの一覧を表示するようアシスタントに頼んでください。メールはアシスタントが求めたときに取得されるため、自動で届くことはありません。

Mail is fetched live for each request and not stored. The exception is scheduled or held sends, which are stored until they are sent. Apart from those, only your encrypted mailbox password or access token is kept.

A request nobody decides within 24 hours expires and is never sent. Ask your assistant to prepare it again if you still want it.

Clients that support MCP prompts can also list these routines directly. Prompts never add permissions: your connection's scopes still control every action.

Only workspace owners and admins can create or change automations. Your assistant can also create one if its key has the manage:automations scope.

History covers a month on Free, 90 days on Personal and 2 years on Pro and Business. A Free workspace also sees how many of its 150 monthly email actions are used and when the count resets.

Each API key has a per-minute, hourly and daily limit, sized to your plan. Each workspace also has a per-minute ceiling: Free 60, Personal 120, Pro 300, Business 1,000.

When the allowance is used up, automations pause and you get an email naming the date they resume. Personal, Pro and Business have unlimited email actions, so these emails do not apply.

An incoming email never starts an assistant call on its own. Have your assistant check unread mail on a schedule, or let an automation sort it. On Pro and Business, a webhook under API keys can notify your own URL.

1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
2. Pick another workspace under Workspaces.
3. To rename it, open Settings and edit Workspace name, then Save changes.
4. Only the owner or an admin can rename a workspace.

Your plan belongs to your account, so every workspace you own shares it. On other plans, New workspace links to the plans instead.
